Hinged access cover with elastomeric gasket and elastic closing system
Material
Casting manufactured in spheroidal-graphite cast iron (ductile cast iron) in accordance with the EN-1563 Standard.
Features
Set of 600mm clear opening. Available with 850mm and 790mm exterior diameter. Hinged cover with maximum opening range of 120º, safety blocking at 90º angle and removable from the frame at 90º. Closing system operated by two elastic bars. Anti-residue elastomeric gasket design for noise reduction. Anti-slip surface. Opened by standard tools (crowbar, pick). Available in ventilated cover model 1164VENT and grating model 6184 intense traffic (11,8 dm2 absorption surface) and model 6174. All frames may be substituted for concrete cover model 1186. Opening force below 17,5 daN. Total or partial customization available.
Coating
Epoxy-polyester with a thickness of 100 microns, free of solvents compliant with the standard 199/13/CEE, black RAL-9004.
